It’s a Chicago thing…

Frunchroom, ya know!? Like front room, but make it Da Bears. Growing up that’s where we spent time with friends and razzed everyone like family. We built a coffee shop with that same spirit. Somewhere to relax, connect, and stay awhile.

What We Are

Come for the Coffee. Stay for Everything Else.

We’re a new kind of third space, where community, wellness, work, and play come together under one roof. We’re a cafe, of course. Grab a coffee, enjoy a bite, and stay awhile. But we’re also a place for events, classes, and gatherings that go far beyond your typical coffee shop.

About Us

We’re Ivy and Stu, a sister-brother duo who built Frunchroom Collective as an extension of the home we grew up in — just north of Chicago, in a house that was always open to friends, neighbors, and anyone who needed a place to hang out.

Our parents created a space full of laughter and connection, where Friday Night Dinners were a cherished tradition with friends and family. That same vibe is what we’re bringing to Libertyville: a welcoming spot to gather, connect, and stay awhile.

Keeping it Local

We started Frunchroom Collective with the help of an amazing group of partners. From local coffee roasters and sign makers to furniture builders and cookie bakers, each one plays a part in shaping the space and experience we are creating for you.
