Coffee, Community, Well-being

We’re open daily from 6am–8pm. Come in, grab a drink, and make yourself at home.

It’s a Chicago thing…

Frunchroom, ya know!? Like front room, but make it Da Bears. Growing up that’s where we spent time with friends and razzed everyone like family. We built a coffee shop with that same spirit. Somewhere to relax, connect, and stay awhile.

What We Are

A line drawing of a coffee mug with a smiley face, a house with a heart on the window, a gnome peeking from behind the house, large leaves around the house, and a coffee symbol on the house's side, all on a brown background.

Coffee Shop

A community hub that celebrates local flavor, featuring food from nearby favorites, curated pop-ups, and collaborations with makers and small businesses.

Event Space

Flexible gathering spaces for everything from board meetings to book clubs — designed for connection, creativity, and conversation.

Wellness Studio

A wellness studio for movement, meditation, and other classes, offering a calm, light-filled environment to reset your mind and body.

Come for the Coffee. Stay for Everything Else.

We’re a new kind of third space, where community, wellness, work, and play come together under one roof. We’re a cafe, of course. Grab a coffee, enjoy a bite, and stay awhile. But we’re also a place for gatherings, classes, and events that go far beyond your typical coffee shop.

About Us

We’re Ivy and Stu, a sister-brother duo who built Frunchroom Collective as an extension of the home we grew up in — just north of Chicago, in a house that was always open to friends, neighbors, and anyone who needed a place to hang out.

Our parents created a space full of laughter and connection, where Friday Night Dinners were a cherished tradition with friends and family. That same vibe is what we’re bringing to Libertyville: a welcoming spot to gather, connect, and stay awhile.

Collection of six logos, including a coffee roasters logo, 'two leaves and a bud' text, a water builders logo, a barn co logo, a keys to the shop sign, and a bake 35 logo.

Keeping it Local

We started Frunchroom Collective with the help of an amazing group of partners. From local coffee roasters and sign makers to furniture builders and cookie bakers, each one plays a part in shaping the space and experience we are creating for you.
